The Reservation Process
When you book your ground transportation with Star, every detail of your trip is entered into an electronic reservation. Trip notes are recorded in case you have any needs we should know about. Payment is clearly defined, along with your vehicle preference and chauffeur. Choose from Meet and Greet service inside the airport, especially if you need assistance with your luggage. A standard meet is curbside in Ground Transportation for those familiar with the airport.
After your initial email trip confirmation, our system will send you a reminder of your upcoming trip, and additional emails or texts confirming your chauffeur’s contact information, when the chauffeur is en route to you, and when the chauffeur is on location.
While in the vehicle, we encourage you to take advantage of the free WiFi, beverages and snacks. You are welcome to use all the features in the vehicle from panoramic glass view ceilings, Sirius XM radio, reclining seats, massage and heated seats. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the ride!
Looking for a Shared-Ride Airport Shuttle Service? Star offers Rochester Shuttle Service, 24 hours daily, 7 days a week, with hourly service to/from the Minneapolis International Airport (MSP), the Rochester International Airport (RST) and the Mall of America. For your convenience, we offer an agent at MSP, T1, Ground Transportation level. A free Park & Fly lot is located at our headquarters in Stewartville and Eagan.
