EXTREME WEATHER:

Summers in Minnesota can be HOT! That being said, our larger limousines and buses can’t always keep up. If the outside temperature is above 80 degrees it may take the vehicle much longer to cool down and maintain a comfortable ride. Passengers should be aware that if the vehicle is over 75% capacity and the outside temperature is above 80 degrees the vehicle will not remain cool if the doors are opened and closed often, or if the vehicle is parked and idling. Alcohol consumption and passenger attire will also contribute to a vehicle feeling hot.

Winters in Minnesota can be COLD! That being said, our larger limousines and buses can’t always keep up.  If the outside temperature is below 15 degrees it may take the vehicle much longer to heat up and maintain a comfortable ride. Keeping the doors open and/or running with less than 50% capacity will also contribute to a cooler ride. During the winter, passengers are encouraged to bring proper cold weather gear. (Hats, Coats, Etc.)

If there is an air conditioning or heater challenge or mechanical issue, Star Transportation will do its best to attempt to fix the repair onsite, or replace the vehicle (substitute vehicle size or color is not guaranteed). There are no guarantees, warranties or refunds as a result of heat, air conditioning, or mechanical failure. These challenges are not subject to any discount, credit, or refund.
